Reggae elder Don Carlos revisits his roots with warm basslines and melodious roots grooves. Born in Western Kingston, he brings decades of voice-led storytelling, shaped by his early years with Black Uhuru and a prolific solo catalogue with guitarist Goldie. Sharing the bill, his son GEO (Good Everytime Overall) brings socially conscious lyrics and songs from the New Horizon album (Reggae Gone Viral), joined by the Upright Ones. A Humanity Sound DJ set frames the evening with dub-tinged selections promoting peace and unity.
Organised by the Fédération d’Improvisation Genevoise, FIJI 2026 gathers young improvisers from Belgium, France, Québec and Switzerland for three nights of competitive theatrical improvisation. Teams face off in rapid-match formats under the guidance of a referee, inviting spontaneous invention, humour and risk-taking. The work is driven by ensemble listening, timed challenges and audience voting, creating an electric, playful atmosphere where gestures, voice and quick thinking produce surprising, communal moments.

Watches and Wonders Geneva: The Montreux Jazz Club settles in Geneva for a temporary residency.
The spirit of the Montreux Jazz Festival takes over Geneva as part of the “In The City” program of the Watches and Wonders Geneva watch show. For five consecutive evenings, a pop-up Montreux Jazz Club will open its doors at Quai du Général-Guisan to offer a free, intimate, immersive musical experience.
Improvisational trio Nebbia, Downes and Lisle present Exhaust, a visceral set of spontaneous composition where acute listening and rapid reflexes shape each moment. Saxophonist Camila Nebbia brings a powerful, incisive voice; pianist Kit Downes favors raw immediacy and bold harmonic gestures; drummer Andrew Lisle anchors and catalyses the group with fluid, propulsive rhythms. The trio navigates between melodic counterpoint and dense, textured soundscapes, embracing contrast and continual transformation. Their debut album, Exhaust, was released on New York label Relative Pitch.
Directed by Joël Pommerat, this new creation imagines the encounter of two very young girls who defy the laws of the real world and adult authority to preserve their pact of friendship. Positioned between theatre and novel, the piece combines grave and naive episodes, where the supernatural becomes a means to confront inconceivable realities. “Submersion Games” by Bryan Campbell at Maison Saint-Gervais is a performance drawing inspiration from the novel Moby Dick. It intertwines themes of eroticism, ecocide violence, and sado-masochistic rituals, delving into the desires and sufferings present in our relationships with work, sexuality, and the natural world. The piece immerses the audience in a maritime experience.
