Emeric Cheseaux’s solo show traces his departure from a small village to the big city through a series of empathetic and comic character portraits. Using voice, mimicry and a few harvest crates as his only props, he reclaims the dialect and gestures of his origins to reconcile heritage with identity. The performance blends heartfelt nostalgia, sharp comedy and intimate family scenes to explore rural life, belonging and the singular experience of being different.
