Point Favre is a cultural venue and performance space located in Chêne-Bourg, just east of Geneva. A versatile arts center, it hosts a diverse year-round program including theatre, music, dance, comedy, and community events. Equipped with a large modular hall and professional technical facilities, it is also available for hire for rehearsals, creations, and events of various scales, making it a key local cultural hub.
Four master impressionists reunite for a comic revue exploring Francophone identities and stereotypes. Yann Lambiel, Steeve Diamond, Fabian Le Castel and Laurent Chandemerle switch between sketches and songs, delivering rapid-fire character voices and musical parodies. The new show condenses more than a decade of collaboration into ninety minutes of sharp observation, playful rivalry and vocal virtuosity, using some 400 impressions to probe what unites these artists across Belgium, Switzerland, France and Québec.

On the bicentenary of engineer Louis Favre’s birth, this evening revisits the life and legacy of a pioneering Swiss railway engineer. The programme includes a musical interlude performed by the Orchestre et la Chorale des Trois‑Chêne, an audiovisual presentation tracing the extraordinary construction of the Gothard tunnel, and a conference examining Favre’s technical achievements and lasting influence on European railways. The night concludes with an outdoor artistic mapping projection.

Khaled Aljaramani was born in 1972 in Suweïda, Syria, and grew up amid a rich musical tradition. From the Druze community, his early activism and imprisonment at 19 left a deep mark on his artistic voice. Recognised as one of the foremost contemporary Syrian oud players, he has led notable collaborations, notably Interzone with Serge Teyssot‑Gay. In solo performance his oud becomes voice, memory and breath, blending tradition, spontaneous improvisation and inner poetry. Presented within the JazzContreBand festival.
Christoffer Ellegaard, artist and illustrator born in 1988 in Elsinore (Denmark) and based in Geneva, trained at the HEAD and the Hochschule Luzern. His drawing and painting practice is recognised for the finesse of its line and the poetry of its images; he exhibits in Switzerland and internationally and regularly publishes illustrated books.
This workshop invites participants and the public to explore body and character through exercises and experiments. Each participant makes a head, a torso and legs that can be freely combined to give life to a multitude of surprising hybrid characters.
Patrice Thibaud and Philippe Leygnac form an unforgettable, multifaceted comic duo whose work blends pantomime, music, acrobatics and contortion. Conceived by Patrice Thibaud and staged by Susy Firth, Michèle Guigon and Thibaud, the show layers silent burlesque with original music by Leygnac, inventive lighting by Charlotte Dubail and costumes by Isabelle Beaudoin. Through poetic physical comedy evoking Tati and Chaplin, the performance explores sporting rituals and human foibles with irony and tenderness.
Actor and comedian Vincent Taloche offers a personal tribute to his idol Bourvil, blending gentle humour and song. Supported by musicians Mimi Verderame, André Meuwis, Benoît David and Ignace Rizzuto, Taloche revisits a selection of Bourvil’s repertoire with sensitive arrangements by Mimi Verderame. Jean‑Marc Closjans’s lighting and Christophe Loncour’s sound design create an intimate atmosphere that honors Bourvil’s humanity, warmth and tenderness. Suitable for all generations.
