Situated in a contemporary building in Chêne-Bourg, Point Favre is as a vibrant cultural center, playing host to a diverse array of events year-round. The eclectic program encompasses classical and jazz music concerts, performances for children, films screenings, comedy shows, theater productions and conferences.
Pascal Greco, an Italo-Swiss filmmaker and photographer, presents an immersive experience with his film Kwai Shing West Estate. This cine-concert explores the imposing architecture of Hong Kong’s public housing while capturing both the solitude and everyday life within it. Accompanied live by New York composer Lea Bertucci, the performance transforms ambient sounds from the site into a striking sonic experience. The project pays tribute to a pivotal time—the 2019–2020 pro-democracy protests—offering a reflection on resistance and expression within a densely urban context.
