Created collectively by the company À l’Ouest with Guillaume Pidancet, this inventive staging reimagines Charles Perrault’s Bluebeard for families. Performed in a mobile truck‑theatre that becomes a ‘suitcase of dreams,’ the production blends playful storytelling, poetic imagery and close‑up interaction to transform a dark tale into a gentle exploration of curiosity and trust. The intimate ensemble features Pierre Boulben, Hugo Braillard and Loubna Raigneau.

Led by Rude Egard, this Gypsy swing programme revisits jazz standards with a spirited blend of playfulness and contemporary touches. The performance balances lilting rhythms and nimble phrasing, creating warm, convivial soundscapes where melody and improvisation converse. Intimate and lively, the music moves between jaunty rhythms and tender passages, inviting listeners into a world of swing’s joyous momentum and quiet nostalgia.
To conclude the Haydn-Mozart Festival, Gli Angeli Genève will perform Haydn’s Stabat Mater at Victoria Hall under the baton of Václav Luks. The concert will also feature works by Jan Dismas Zelenka, including his Miserere in C minor. This event juxtaposes Zelenka’s innovative Baroque style with Haydn’s classical tradition, providing an insightful exploration of 18th-century musical evolution.
Students from the PréPro programme at eMa present their final musical projects to a public audience and a professional jury. This evening of concentrated performance highlights stagecraft, instrumental technique and creative development: short sets range from Concorde’s alternative rock to Matilde’s pop/Franco‑Italian repertoire, and a set by Paul Sculati. The concert offers a direct insight into each artist’s evolution, focusing on musical identity and live presence.
British comedian Jimmy Carr returns with Laughs Funny, a sharp stand-up show built on rapid, dark one-liners and razor-tight timing. His delivery alternates between observational punchlines and bold, provocative twists, creating an electric, confrontational atmosphere where laughter and discomfort collide. Minimal staging keeps the focus on voice and rhythm, while the comedian’s precise pacing and stagecraft shape a haunted, high-energy comic experience.
