Fr13dr1ch V0n T — One-man band

Frédéric Thierstein presents a one-man band set of drums and live loops that blends grungy riffs, throat-singing echoes and disco-pop quirks. Drawing on a quarter-century of collaborations, his compositions stitch together ‘borborygmes loopés’ with obsessive rhythms and unexpected alpine touches, creating a hypnotic, playful odyssey. The performance relies on raw percussion, layered vocal exploration and electronic textures to shift between intimacy and ecstatic drive. Composition and performance: Frédéric Thierstein. Presented in collaboration with the FA-MI association.

Songs, ensemble numbers and moments of karaoke expose secrets, rivalries and petty betrayals, shifting between biting satire and tender absurdity while the stage pulses with chaotic, carnival-like energy.
