Celebrate cycling with hands-on fun for the whole family. Kids try playful balance and agility courses, a pumptrack, face painting, slides and interactive stands that showcase biking skills and safe mobility. Little racers can join a balance-bike race, and there are mini-workshops on mechanics, nutrition and training that introduce young riders to bike care and healthy habits. Activities encourage discovery, movement and confidence through colourful, active learning.

Mai au Parc brings the community together for a lively three-day outdoor festival featuring fifteen concerts (including nine Swiss acts), family-friendly activities, and a wide selection of food stalls. Enjoy moments at the wine bar and explore a culinary world tour served on ten small plates. Activities and community-run stands invite everyone to participate; volunteers are welcome to join. The festival celebrates local music, conviviality and shared neighbourhood spirit.

27 April – 24 May

Carac Festival is the University of Geneva’s month-long student cultural festival, bringing together dozens of student troupes and associations to share creations and experiences. The programme features theatre, dance, concerts, film screenings, arts-and-crafts workshops, stand-up, games, parades and exhibitions. Open to everyone in the university community and beyond, the festival celebrates collaboration, creativity and conviviality, offering occasions to meet, create and enjoy performances and activities together.

The Biopark is temporarily hosting Janus, a unique two-headed Greek tortoise, during the renovation of the Museum. Each head of this male tortoise has its own independent brain, which sometimes makes its movements challenging. In captivity, Janus receives attentive care, resulting in an impressive lifespan of 26 years.
