Bento offers rich, balanced music inspired by the Japanese bento concept. The quartet draws on long experience to create a collective language that blends jazz and contemporary music, balancing composition and improvisation. Their repertoire consists exclusively of original compositions. Featuring trombonist Yves Massy, electric guitarist Christian Graf, double bassist Pierre‑François Massy and drummer Marc Erbetta, the group explores subtle timbres, melodic interplay and rhythmic finesse in intimate, attentive performances.

Born in Lima, Peru, Eva Ayllón is the foremost voice of Afro-Peruvian and Creole music. Across a five-decade career she has brought her country’s rhythms and melodies to international stages, blending impeccable vocal technique with a commanding stage presence. Nicknamed ‘The Voice of Peru’ and ‘The Queen of Landó’, her work bridges tradition and contemporary interpretation, enriched by collaborations with leading Latin and world artists and recognized by a Latin GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award.

Dogfight is a musical set in 1960s America on the eve of young Marines’ departure for Vietnam. The plot follows Eddie Birdlace, whose cruel ‘dogfight’ gamble is upended when he meets Rose, an idealistic and sincere young woman. Over a single night, the production confronts themes of masculinity, violence and empathy, blending gritty social realism with moments of tenderness. Sparse staging and intimate musical numbers highlight a painful coming-of-age and the possibility of moral change.

Samâ‑ï — Canticum Novum

Led by the ensemble Canticum Novum, Samâ‑ï blends early music with Mediterranean and Near Eastern traditions to trace the layered history of Aleppo. Vocal textures and period and traditional instruments weave songs and modes that evoke a city of converging cultures—Byzantine, Arab, Ottoman, Armenian, Christian and Jewish—exploring memory, coexistence and passage. The performance favors attentive listening, offering intimate, richly textured soundscapes that bridge historical practice and living tradition.

Marlène Charpentié conjures a strange papier-mâché garden in this hybrid performance that mixes theatre, clown and dance. Three figures — an obsessed drag-king, a heartbroken diva vampire and a queer Pierrot who tends fading, reviving flowers — share the stage without words. Between absurd humour and a critique of capitalism, the piece plays out like a cracked cabaret where material is worked live: objects are handled, transformed and revealed in a visceral, intimate exchange with the audience.
