This exhibition explores the dynamic and expressive abstract styles of these 20th century painters, focusing on their innovative use of form and gesture. Through a selection of powerful and evocative artworks, “Impulsion abstraite” offers a deep dive into the post-war abstract movement.

A fascinating off-site exhibition by the Martin Bodmer Foundation traces the evolving history of medicine through 15 striking plates from rare texts. Curated by Jacques Berchtold and Yoann Givry, this journey through centuries of scientific thought is hosted at the University of Geneva’s Medical Center and enriched with QR-coded commentaries.

While the MAMCO undergoes renovations, the museum offers exhibitions outside its usual location. “Psot Netebras Xul” kicks off this initiative in an unconventional industrial space reminiscent of SIP venues. This exhibition explores the Geneva art scene from the 1990s to the present, featuring works from the MAMCO collection alongside recent creations. Participating artists include Timothée Calame, Valentin Carron, Emilie Ding, Sylvie Fleury, among others.

Every month, the Botanical Garden showcases a treasure from its collections through an audio commentary, accessible both at the library and on social media. These gems, which include engravings, rare books, objects, or archival letters, are enriched with insights from a librarian or archivist.
