Le Truc sur le feu is a playful, offbeat fable that examines how the domestication of fire shaped human life. Written by Romane Nicolas, the piece stages two Paleolithic clans who wonder, clash and ignite as puppets by the Kokoschka tradition bring grotesque situations to life. With incisive humour and sharp theatricality, the show confronts ideas of progress, individuality versus community, animality and civilisation, offering a vividly staged reflection on the choices that set societies alight.

Jeremy Crausaz invites the audience into a family celebration where laughter collides with reproach and affection sits uneasily beside rivalry. His sharp observations blend nostalgia, jealousy and everyday absurdities, with failed desserts, conversations that derail and blunt political tangents all delivered with a humane, comic eye. The show mines recognition and discomfort, offering intimate sketches that often reflect the viewer back at themselves, provocative and tender in equal measure.

For his final production as a theatre director, Jean Liermier revisits Tennessee Williams’s autobiographical classic about memory, longing and family. Set in the 1930s American South, the staging gathers a company around Laura, here embodied by Aurélia Thierrée, with Cyprien Colombo, David Gobet and Clotilde Mollet completing the ensemble. Liermier’s direction emphasises fragile interiors and poetic movement, offering a liberating, weightless atmosphere that balances tenderness and uneasy nostalgia.

Choreographed by Thomas Hauert and performed by three dancers from ZOO and three from Platform K, Where Is Everybody? explores a shared, non-hierarchical stage language rooted in improvisation and mutual gaze. The piece invites performers and spectators to dance, look and reposition themselves through moments of unpredictability, creativity and embodied presence. Sparse staging and responsive interactions foreground the living immediacy of movement, producing an atmosphere at once intimate, playful and searching.
