Entrelacés brings together pre-professional students from Dance Area and the Area Jeune Ballet in a two-part programme. The first section traces the history of dance, from ancient ritual forms to the evolution of classical and contemporary vocabularies, evoking centuries of technique and transformation. The second presents three original contemporary works by Juliano Nunes, Ken Ossola (“Un Autre Jour / Another Day”) and Alba Castillo, performed by 42 young dancers exploring vulnerability, resilience and solidarity through intimate and ensemble choreographies.
Momar Seck presents a series of drawings that accompany his new monograph Poïétiques. Through delicate studies of foliage, roots, textures and organic forms, Seck explores the invisible links between matter, nature and emotion. His sensitive visual language oscillates between close observation and inner poetics, inviting the viewer to slow down and perceive the subtle traces left by time, the earth and the breath of life. The show establishes a dialogue between image and writing.
