Apparitions — Patricia Bosshard

Composed and performed by Patricia Bosshard with Ensemble Vortex, Apparitions is a new work exploring death and liminal consciousness. Bosshard’s music bridges classical, improvisation and electroacoustic practice; she shapes sounds that dissolve the body and summon presences, lights and resonances. The score uses multichannel diffusion, spatialisation and real‑time electronics, with close collaboration from Arturo Corrales and Daniel Zea on immersive systems. Between breath and silence, the piece unfolds as an intimate, sensory exploration of memory and auditory apparition.
