Murmuration – Blue Edition

Booking Required

Sadeck Berrabah’s choreography explores the geometry of movement through tightly coordinated ensembles. In this reworked Blue Edition, ten young dancers from Dance Area Genève inhabit a visual language of precise lines and shifting geometric figures, forming a hypnotic collective motion inspired by murmuration patterns. The work emphasises rigorous technique and a close dialogue with the musical score, conceived as a transmission laboratory that challenges performers while releasing a fresh, kinetic energy.

La P’tite Fumée returns with an explosive live set that fuses psytrance energy and cyberpunk atmospheres. Their electro-acoustic palette blends didgeridoo with hypnotic guitar and flute lines over driving rhythms. The reworked live show emphasizes visceral dynamics, dense sound layers and raw intensity, offering a powerful, immersive concert experience that bridges tradition and modern electronic experimentation.

Remix brings Les Impertinences’ exuberant collision of baroque and Latin American music. Under musical director Pablo Agudo López, the ensemble blends historical practice, improvisation and virtuosic flair. Featuring Emma Vignier, Gabriel Canneva, Ulises Pineda, Luis Eduardo López, Sergio Valdeos, Florencia Romero and creative collaborators Jeanne Kleinman and Léo Petrequin, the programme swaps dance forms and melodies, opening old material to rhythmic and timbral reinvention. The result is a festive, cosmopolitan concert that balances scholarly rigour with spontaneous, theatrical energy.

5 – 7 November

Presented within the Emerentia festival, this evening gathers three original short dance pieces by Shereya, Joce and Uma. Inspired by literary short stories, the program uses compact narrative forms to probe storytelling through movement, confronting the codes and bodies of institutional contemporary dance. Each 30-minute piece shifts tone and atmosphere, alternating intimate gestures and bold choreographic risk to explore memory, desire and afterlives of the party. The work favours concentrated dramaturgy and physical immediacy.

3 – 7 November

Created and performed by Elina Kulikova and Dima Efremov, TRILOGIE DE LA GUERRE interweaves three musical-performance pieces responding to exile, the war in Ukraine and repression in Russia. Kulikova’s chapters evoke classical and folk song, transforming lament into a ritualised, sensory mourning; Efremov’s contribution uses sound art and electro textures to shift perspective and map clandestine networks of resistance. Together the trilogy forms a compact dramaturgy of intimacy, unease and fragile hope, immersive and politically charged.
