Created by Jennifer Walshe, Some Thinking & Feeling is a work for voice, analogue voice, synthesizer and an experimental fanfare, performed by Ensemble Contrechamps. The piece juxtaposes acoustic and electronic timbres, moving between fragile vocal textures and bold brass eruptions. Through precise notation and theatrical presence, it explores listening, timbre and collective dynamics, inviting focused attention on sound, gesture and ensemble interplay.
Neverland is a chamber opera directed by Julien Chavaz with music by Sarah Nemtsov and performed with Ensemble Contrechamps. The piece inverts the Peter Pan myth, presenting an unsettling child who refuses to grow and becomes trapped in a frozen eternity. Nemtsov’s score blends whispered voices, dense orchestral textures and electronic fragments to shape a fragile, tectonic sound world. Staging, lighting and costumes transform a shifting house where memory, fear and metamorphosis are embodied.
Geneva’s Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp offers a nomadic musical odyssey that blends fervent rhythms, sonic experimentation and a spirit of freedom. For nearly twenty years the collective has shaped a distinctive sound: layered voices, interweaving textures and songs that confront the present without succumbing to despair. Carried by an impressive constellation of brass, strings, percussion, marimbas and guitars, more than fifteen musicians create generous, mobile and intensely alive music that moves between communal celebration and joyful escape.

Cross Rhymez brings together a dozen MCs, beatmakers, beatboxers and dancers in a collective, participatory show created during a series of residencies uniting Swiss artists and contemporary artists from the Arabophone scene. The performance blends improvised vocal exchanges, layered beats and physical movement to explore cultural dialogue, cross‑rhythms and community voice. Intimate and energetic, the piece invites audience interaction and celebrates collaborative creation across languages and musical traditions.
British vocalist Lucy Thomas joins pianist James Breckon in an intimate piano-and-voice recital that bridges classical crossover, pop and musical theatre. Thomas’s soaring timbre and theatrical phrasing reinterpret film themes and Broadway melodies alongside original songs, while Breckon’s sensitive accompaniment ranges from delicate pianissimos to rich, organ-tinged textures. Performed and directed by Eve Aouizerate, this incisive solo creation blends autofiction and faux stand-up to turn fairy-tale promises into a sharp satire. Using humour and precise stagecraft, Aouizerate interrogates reactionary online imaginaries and the contemporary allure of tradwives, exposing tensions between domestic idealisation and feminist inheritance. The piece mixes intimate confession, comic timing and critical observation to probe identity, boredom and the pressures shaping women’s lives.
