Performed by the ensemble …Y su Orquesta Quartette, this tango recital traces the intimate dialogue between Jorge Luis Borges’s texts and Latin American composers. The programme draws on the El tango album and works by Astor Piazzolla, Aníbal Troilo, Carlos Guastavino and Eladia Blázquez, alternating nostalgic milongas and stormier tangos. Sparse arrangements and warm bandoneón tones unfold a cinematic, nocturnal atmosphere, where lyricism and longing meet. Presented by Los conjurados as part of the BORGES 2026 project.

The orchestra is set to perform under the baton of Teodor Currentzis, featuring violinist Vilde Frang. On the program is Alban Berg’s Violin Concerto “To the memory of an angel” and Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 “Titan.” This event is part of the Migros-Pour-cent-culturel-Classics concert series.

Combining the sharp words of Lou Lepori, the music of Marc Berman, and the performance of Cédric Leproust, this fiery recital challenges conventions and unspoken norms. This queer show, driven by tumultuous and subversive expression, celebrates a body that rejects imposed normality.

Choreographer Cindy Van Acker brings Iannis Xenakis’s Pléïades to the stage, assembling five dancers, six percussionists from the Eklekto collective and a large percussion arsenal. Van Acker shapes a moving percussion landscape where bodies confront the score’s power and complexity, constantly shifting posture and relation to sound. Music is played live; scenography and lighting by Victor Roy frame waves, galaxies and whirlwinds in a rigorous, visceral performance. Creation 2026; coproduction.

The recital explores a wide palette of timbres and registrations, balancing historical repertoire and contemporary works.
