Primart showcases emerging young artists working in urban art, coordinated by outreach social workers (TSHM).
The exhibition gathers works and practices rooted in street culture and site-responsive approaches, exploring youth perspectives on public space, identity and collective belonging.
It highlights collaborative processes and the year-long engagement of participants, questioning how creative expression negotiates visibility, agency and community. Initiated in 2005 by the Service de la Jeunesse, the project foregrounds new artistic voices.
