Papiers Gras is a Geneva gallery dedicated to comic art and illustrated storytelling. Established as a publisher and exhibition space, it presents rotating exhibitions, artist meetings, workshops and a specialized bookstore. The venue plays a key cultural role promoting bande dessinée, contemporary illustration and supporting local and international creators.
Pierre La Police presents a retrospective of his work, spanning contemporary comics, digital art, installations, video and short film. Renowned for an absurdist sensibility and skewed humour, his practice blends hand-drawn sequences with experimental visual techniques and digital processes. The show traces recurring motifs—playful disruption, narrative fragmentation and visual experimentation—offering a layered survey of an artist who has expanded the language of comic art into installation and moving image.
