Pillowgraphies answers a yearning for lightness. It attempts to escape gravity and unfold a dance in which the body dissolves into a soft, buoyant figure — a ghost. The performance plunges into a nocturnal, joyful world where floating replaces walking, sliding becomes movement and walking turns absurd. The company invites playful participation after the show, opening the stage for collective dancing and shared, exuberant moments.

Tess Giordano is a singer-songwriter who accompanies herself on guitar and piano. At 17 she brings a clear, intimate vocal presence to songs that blend pop sensibility with contemplative textures. Her single “Promises” has been played on Couleur 3, and she has performed at festivals including Montreux Jazz Off, La Folle Semaine and Gena Festival. As a composer she has contributed to Compagnie Confiture’s musical and the play Quand viendra la vague, and co-wrote a song for the TV series L’Appel de la forêt. Her live set favors close, acoustic moments and warm, lyrical storytelling.
Directed by Françoise Courvoisier, this production of Anton Chekhov’s Oncle Vania — translated by Arthur Adamov — assembles a committed ensemble (Vincent Bonillo, Pierre Dubey, Bérangère Mastrangelo, Patricia Mollet-Mercier, Clarisse Morizot, Pierre Omer, Juliana Samarine, Edmond Vuilloud) to explore love, the passage of time and illusions lost. The staging, created with scenographer Gilbert Maire and painter André Kasper, uses Rinaldo Del Boca’s lighting, Pierre Omer’s music and Nicolas Le Roy’s sound to evoke both the comedy and the terrifying humanity of Chekhov.

JazzContreBand celebrates its 30th anniversary with a new creation led by trumpeter Erik Truffaz. Franco‑Swiss musicians join forces with the Orchestre des Alpes et du Léman in Side by Side, a programme that blends classical writing, jazz phrasing and open-ended improvisation. The project explores textural contrasts, orchestral colours and solo interplay, shifting from intimate chamber passages to wide, cinematic swells. Told as a solo performance, this piece follows a woman as she remembers the films that shaped her life and blurs the line between cinema and memory. Through references to science-fiction sagas and cinematic archetypes — the woman-soldier, the survivor, the reluctant mother — the show probes identity, fear of change and the ways stories migrate from screen to skin. Sparse staging and intimate narration create a haunting, introspective atmosphere.

Three improvisers and composers — Maël Godinat (piano), William Jacquemet (trombone) and Pierre‑François Massy (double bass) — present a program of original material and carefully chosen covers. Arrangements emphasize close harmonies, intimate interplay and attentive listening, letting sparse textures open into rich, resonant chords. The trio’s sound balances lyrical phrasing with rhythmic subtlety; lighting and silence shape moments of suspended time, inviting a contemplative, warm atmosphere that reimagines harmonic conversation in the moment.
