The Village of Cultures at ADEM returns for its fourth edition, offering a series of workshops in world music, singing, and dance. Led by Loubna, a dancer with a passion for Afro-urban styles, you’ll be introduced to this South African dance that blends deep house, jazz, and traditional rhythms. Dive into a free and nuanced exploration of movement. Reservations are required, and suitable attire is advised.

Wednesday 2 July, 18:00

The Veto (2025) is a documentary examining the historical use and current challenges of the UN Security Council’s veto power. The screening is followed by a panel discussion featuring experts and diplomats, moderated by Corinne Momal-Vanian, Executive Director of the Kofi Annan Foundation.

Join an evening drawing class at the museum led by artist Leyla Goormaghtigh. Explore the galleries and rediscover the permanent collections while benefiting from her guidance and exercises. This activity is open to adults and teens.

The MAH hosts a graphic arts pop-up on the first Thursday of each month at GamMAH. From early afternoon, delve into hidden treasures from their collection, including prints, drawings, and rare books, guided by an art historian. This month’s focus is on the works of Jean-Etienne Liotard, a renowned Geneva pastelist, with an exclusive selection highlighting his personal and family life. The presentation is part of a research project on Liotard and the Austrian imperial family.
