Nocturne culturelle autour du livre

Nocturne culturelle autour du livre brings together the House of Books exhibition and a newly installed permanent collection to examine the book as object, medium and cultural archive. The programme juxtaposes printed volumes, artist books and archival fragments with display-based installations, revealing the material histories and circulation of texts.
Through curatorial mediation by Sébastien Brugière, the presentation reflects on how books shape memory, authorship and public knowledge, and on the rituals of reading and display.
