Walk slowly and listen as stories are gathered along the path. Singers and storytellers lead a gentle musical tale where footsteps become rhythms and leaves add a soft percussion. Children follow the trail of sounds, spot bright images, and join simple songs that spark imagination. Warm melodies, whispered words, and playful movements invite curiosity and make story fragments come alive for little listeners.

The Biopark is temporarily hosting Janus, a unique two-headed Greek tortoise, during the renovation of the Museum. Each head of this male tortoise has its own independent brain, which sometimes makes its movements challenging. Spend a musical afternoon and evening designed for families. In a playful workshop, children aged 9 to 11 explore rhythms, silences and sounds through games and hands-on instrument discovery. Guided by musician Tom Mendy, they experiment, listen, create and form small musical ideas; they also get to meet a band before its concert. Later the programme features Zafif, a gnawa‑fusion group blending psychedelic rock, blues, jazz, metal, hypnotic funk and Arabic and Anatolian melodies.

Set off on a gentle sensory journey with your baby inside a space inspired by Swiss landscapes. Hear the soft sounds that make valleys, rivers, and forests come alive. Notice colors, subtle movements, and warm textures as you listen and explore together. Guided by a cultural mediator and Morgane Frémaux, enjoy quiet musical moments, shared rhythms, and playful interactions that encourage bonding, curiosity, and early sensory discovery.

29 – 30 August

Play and explore a world of games in every size and shape. Try self-service board games, giant games, and cozy areas for little ones and teenagers. Join creative workshops, learning sessions and lively shows that invite movement, sound and bright colors. Build, try rules, laugh with others and discover new ways to play together. Tactile pieces, booming drums and colorful cards make each corner feel like an adventure.

Kids ages 0 and up.

31 August – 3 September

Discover a week of open classes designed to spark imagination and playful learning. Little ones join guided sensory activities, songs and simple drama games that encourage movement, voice exploration and cooperative play. Sessions blend storytelling, musical play and creative staging so children experiment with sounds, colours and gestures while building confidence and social skills. Activities are adaptable to different ages and abilities.

1 September – 13 October

Climb, play and explore themed games that introduce kids to basic bouldering. Children move across colorful routes, feel the rough holds, and practice balance, jumps and gentle problem-solving through playful challenges. Instructors guide simple techniques, spotting and cheering as little climbers try new moves. Sessions mix movement, imagination and sensory play so kids discover strength, confidence and teamwork in a safe, playful setting.
