Exploring Avelune — Mosaic Season

The Conservatoire populaire and the Avelune Ensemble present a collaboration exploring the contemporary harp and its electronic extensions. Featuring harpists Emma Thomazeau, Hanna Borka, Céline Gay des Combes and Blandine Pigaglio, with electroacoustic work by Baptiste Baudimand and computer-assisted music by Benjamin Gueit, the programme mixes contemporary repertoire, improvisation and electronic textures. The harp is reinvented between acoustic resonance and processed sound, creating a hypnotic, immersive sonic world that blurs timbre and spatial perception.

Bernard Héritier’s scenography and Jessy Ducatillon’s lighting shape moments of visual surprise, most poignantly a Van Gogh encounter that restores belief in the world.
