Directed and performed by Eve Aouizerate, Amours subversives stages a wry, intimate interrogation of gender and desire. With performers Mathilde Lyon and Dylan Poletti, the piece pivots on a provocative premise — a young woman’s decision to abandon a nascent career for the tradwife ideal — and unfolds as a personal theatrical essay on power, intimacy and the contradictions of femininity in 2026. Sparse staging and candid narration create a fierce, tender atmosphere.

For his final production as a theatre director, Jean Liermier revisits Tennessee Williams’s autobiographical classic about memory, longing and family. Set in the 1930s American South, the staging gathers a company around Laura, here embodied by Aurélia Thierrée, with Cyprien Colombo, David Gobet and Clotilde Mollet completing the ensemble. Liermier’s direction emphasises fragile interiors and poetic movement, offering a liberating, weightless atmosphere that balances tenderness and uneasy nostalgia.

Created and performed by DeLaurentis, Pionnières! rewrites the history of electronic music through the voices of women who shaped it. Drawing on influences from Éliane Radigue to Suzanne Ciani, Delia Derbyshire and Björk, the solo performer blends live machines — notably a rare ARP 2500 — with archival material and striking visuals developed with Sony CSL. Originally created for the 50th anniversary of Printemps de Bourges and presented in collaboration with Electron Festival × Les Créatives, the work offers an immersive, reflective exploration of memory and legacy.

Star Thérapie is a wild, off-kilter musical comedy from the Chrysalide Academy company that turns celebrity worship into absurd obsession. On stage, the affable but unorthodox Professor Westley treats a parade of flamboyant patients whose fixations spiral into surreal, laugh-out-loud situations. The show blends catchy songs, physical comedy and fast-paced theatrical invention to create a delirious, high-energy evening that skewers fandom while celebrating performance and spectacle.

22 September – 29 November

Two short plays by Anton Chekhov staged by Tibor Ockenfels and Flavie Tapparel, presented as compact dramatic machines where romantic comedy masks escalating confrontations between desire, affection and material interest. Performances rely on precise physical timing, terse exchanges and a lean, playful design to reveal the simmering violence behind courtship rituals. The three actors — Estelle Bridet, Matteo Prandi and Raphaël Vachoux — inhabit heightened character types that shift between farce and darker comic truth, creating a sharply observed, kinetic evening.
