Step into a singing story where a rose dreams of becoming a girl. Follow her journey as choirs and solo voices tell of the Queen of the Elves, a gravedigger, millers and Max. Live drawings appear on screen, filling the stage with bright colours and flowing lines while orchestral music swells and whispers. Children will listen, watch, and imagine characters come alive, learning about storytelling through sound and picture in a gentle, musical adventure.

Activities mix creativity, science, and quiet discovery to awaken curiosity and show how light shapes the night.

Explore the world of the giant megalodon and uncover what made this ocean hunter so powerful. Listen to tales of enormous teeth and feel the imagined thud of its tail through the sea. Children will examine fossils, ask curious questions, sketch impressions, and picture how it moved and hunted. This hands-on discovery invites close looking, bright drawings, and lively stories that connect ancient seas to today’s animals.

10 – 17 October

Discover the joy of lyric singing in this lively workshop-performance for little ones and their grown-ups. Created in 2021 with early-childhood specialists, the format invites 3–6‑year‑olds to explore the singing voice through short, participatory moments adapted to young attention spans. Children join playful songs, gentle movement and attentive listening, sharing tender scenes with adults and artists. The balance of listening and interaction sparks curiosity and early musical discovery.

3 – 10 October

FURTHER AFIELD

Build, program, and invent in hands-on workshops designed for curious kids. Work in teams to explore mechanics behind cable systems, then switch to coding with LEGO SPIKE Prime, designing simple video games in Scratch, and shaping worlds in Minecraft. You’ll prototype, test, and see ideas come alive through movement, color, and sound. Short challenges spark logic, creativity, and teamwork while playful tasks make learning about machines and code feel like an adventure.
