Coordinated by Stan Breynaert, this evening presents two PrePro student projects by Esteban and Gabriel, each revealing distinct musical universes. The creative process is visible on stage: tentative gestures, bold sonic choices and moments of quiet intensity that invite close listening and reflection, offering a snapshot of emerging artists at a formative moment.

22 – 23 September

Musiques Interdites recreates the charged atmosphere of a Weimar-era cabaret where humour, poetry and music become acts of resistance. Hosted by Lucile Richardot and Éléonore Pancrazi, the evening revives works banned under Nazi rule—jazz, pieces by Jewish and politically persecuted composers—and blends songs, instrumental numbers and recomposed arrangements. The production foregrounds the subversive power of art, evoking both the creative freedom pursued by artists and the fear and repression that sought to silence them.

15 – 27 September

Directed by Rémi Dufay, D’amour et d’eau fraîche is a stage adventure that celebrates movement, friendship and the unforeseen. Rémi Dufay and his ensemble probe margins and fragile frames, staging situations that slip away in a deliberately unsteady ceremony. The production blurs reality and magic, carrying the audience through a joyful, rocambolic wandering. A lively, generous performance that refuses stillness and favours continual transformation.
