Cabaret en chantier is a laboratory for short puppet creations that treats making a puppet show like walking a tightrope while juggling. Balanced between text and image, between real and imaginary, between the animated and the inanimate, it demands writing, building and precise manipulation; every gesture and detail can tip the whole. This edition highlights emerging artists—students and career-changers—who receive institutional support to explore and reinvent puppet arts, presenting their first creations.

Seilen leads an electro‑inflected set blending hip-hop and soul, joined by collaborator Djagacida. Presented by Greta Gratos, Arboretum #32 brings together an eclectic programme of live performances by Ubuntu Live, AZAR, Ignat Khlobystin, Un coglione e due musicisti, El Flecha & Friends and FanzinoGE. Bold and poetic, “Insuline” is a powerful denouncement of virilist and heteronormative excesses. Combining the sharp words of Lou Lepori, the music of Marc Berman, and the performance of Cédric Leproust, this fiery recital challenges conventions and unspoken norms. This queer show, driven by tumultuous and subversive expression, celebrates a body that rejects imposed normality.
