The Byron Quartet and Matteo Mela present “Souvenir d’Espagne,” a concert showcasing works inspired by Spanish music. The program includes Turina’s “Oración del torero” and “Serenata”, Boccherini’s renowned “Fandango”, and Castelnuovo-Tedesco’s Quintet with its “Souvenir d’Espagne” movement. These pieces, infused with influences from Haydn, d’Indy, Franck, Debussy, Schubert, Ravel, Andalusian music, and flamenco, beautifully capture the spirit of the guitar.

Conceived in 2024 with 15 actors from La Manufacture, this production delves into 77 years of theatrical history, stage memories, scandals, and artistic testimonials, all brought to life with exuberant theatricality and infectious enthusiasm.
