Founded in Geneva, STANE is an independent rock quartet that channels the spirit of ’70s rock through contemporary energy. Built around Stéphane Péclard’s songwriting, the band — Stéphane Péclard (vocals, guitar), Rolf Waeger (drums), Cosimo Manco (bass) and Teddy Huyghebaert (guitar) — blends classic riffs, driving grooves and catchy melodies into over fifteen originals crafted for live performance. On stage they aim to create a shared, suspended moment where raw energy and emotion fuse with music, inviting communal movement and intensity.

Improvised Dubbing: The Great Show

An improvisational troupe revoices film and television extracts live, inventing dialogue that reshapes the images on screen. Performers build characters, textures and comic timing in real time, turning familiar footage into surreal, often hilarious scenes. The creative approach blends rapid‑fire vocal play, cinematic awareness and ensemble listening, producing moments of rupture, tenderness and surprise. Alternating cast includes Eric Lecoultre, Adrien Laplana, Pauline Maitre, Nina Cachelin and others.

Festival de la Bâtie – Sturbzep

Directed by Sophie Perez for the Compagnie du Zerep, Sturbzep turns the stage into a machine of collective hallucinations. Drawing on hoaxes, cryptids and literary impostures, the piece mixes haunted-manor atmospheres, neon-free fairground textures and prophetic nightmares. Sophie Lenoir, Stéphane Roger, Erge Yu, Adrien Castillo and Baptiste de Laubier embody a controlled chaos of creatures and smoky visions. Text by Pacôme Thiellement and music by hackedepicciotto shape an uncanny, theatrical odyssey.

Festival de la Bâtie – Au Grand Passage

Directed by Aurélia Lüscher, Au Grand Passage stages a tender and questioning dialogue with her paternal grandmother and the spectral traces that linger among the living. Combining documentary inquiry and poetic dramaturgy, Lüscher conjures the voices of those who engage with the beyond amid a wax and mist décor that blurs visible and invisible. Drawing on readings like Magali Molinié and Vinciane Despret, the piece explores what cannot be resolved, using theatre’s spectral dimension to imagine passage between forms.

Conceived and directed by Violeta Hodgers and Sara Uslu, Dolores, Amor/Adios mortal is a one-woman contemporary-clown ceremony of farewell. Written and performed by Violeta Hodgers, the piece balances picturesque grace and exalted tragedy as a diva confronts absurdity and loss. Marion Schmid’s costumes and the dramaturgical work of Sara Uslu shape the character’s final moments, while outside eyes from Pauline Raineri, Emmanuel Gil and Laura Gambarini refine the piece. The tone mixes melancholy, dark humour and theatrical ritual, insisting on life and love.
