Formed in Geneva in early 2012, Schyzofisch is a rock quartet that blends American-rooted rock energy with occasional progressive twists. The band’s lineup—vocals, guitar, bass and drums—delivers driving rhythms, soaring riffs and dynamic shifts that move between raw power and intricate passages. Their repertoire mixes English and French lyrics, pairing muscular grooves with moments of melodic introspection to create a restless, expressive live experience.
Presented as a luminous tango concert, TANGO² traces a musical journey from Ernesto Nazareth to Astor Piazzolla, blending Argentine bandoneón-driven intensity with Brazilian rhythmic warmth. Quim Roscas and Zeca Estacionâncio form a seasoned comic-musical duo whose 25-year collaboration blends comedy, live music and spontaneous improvisation. On stage they embody a duo of playful characters, shifting between sharp satire and tender moments, using song, instrumental interludes and audience exchange to build layered narratives. Elina Duni and Rob Luft began collaborating in 2017 and have since distilled their musical conversation into a pared-down duo project that returns to the intimacy of their first encounter. Joined by Matthieu Michel’s luminous flugelhorn, they weave a nocturnal tapestry of songs evoking moonlight, mystery and quiet joy. The music is contemplative and tender, often meditative, embracing the listener with delicate phrasing and subtle dynamics.
Now in its eleventh edition, Fête de l’Olivier stages dialogues between Arab and Mediterranean musical traditions and contemporary creation. The program gathers voices and instrumentalists such as Yasmine Hamdan, Trio Joubran and Retsina Cola, weaving intimate and powerful moments. Artists alternate between rooted repertoires and experimental approaches, inviting attentive listening and emotional resonance. The festival highlights improvisation, lyrical storytelling and cross-cultural collaboration.
