Opium is an immersive, dreamlike performance by the company 32 Novembre that unsettles the boundary between reality and illusion. In small groups audiences are guided from chamber to chamber through a sensory, experiential path where mentalism, fakirism, corporeal magic, telekinesis and visual arts combine. The piece deploys a plural magic that mixes subtle theatrical craft and tactile spectacle, culminating in a shared collective hallucination.

Directed by Alexander Zeldin, The Other Place is a contemporary reading of Antigone that carves a tragic family drama out of everyday life. On the anniversary of their father’s death, two estranged sisters confront memories, renovation works and an uncle determined to move on. With Jerry Killick among the cast and a strikingly realistic scenography, the production exposes hidden violences, irreconcilable trajectories and raw emotional fractures in a finely observed, tense staging.

Prima Facie, by Suzie Miller, stages a tense courtroom drama centred on Tessa, a brilliant defence lawyer whose life is upended after she becomes the victim of an assault. Directed by Elidan Arzoni and performed by Anna Budde, the production weaves urgent questions about justice, credibility and power. Performed by actress Carole Epiney and classical guitarist Carl Alex, this poetic reading traces the night as an intimate, mysterious landscape. Selections from Emily Brontë, Rainer Maria Rilke, Charles Baudelaire, Alphonse de Lamartine and Renée Vivien unfold between spoken word and guitar, alternating melancholy, contemplation and quiet longing. Brief newly written fragments weave the poems into a continuous arc, while the pared-back musical accompaniment envelops the voice in a soft, reflective atmosphere.

Recluses Fest celebrates its fifth anniversary with two nights of high-energy punk and alternative hip-hop. The programme pairs UK punk veterans The Toy Dolls and French hard-hitters Svinkels with eclectic support acts Total Dézordre, Billy Ze Kick and Swiss outfits Les Blattes and Pistache Bitume. Expect raucous riffs, irreverent lyricism and a raw, communal atmosphere driven by tight musicianship and DIY spirit. Curated in coproduction with Recluses Fest, the bill spotlights cross-border scenes and uncompromising live intensity.
Jaune is a fresh stage piece created and performed by recent graduates Mathis Josselin and Gabrielle Pialoux. This first collaboration explores the many faces of the colour yellow — joy, friendship, tenderness, desire and its more ambivalent edges — with an intimate, playful and sincere theatrical language. The creators blend minimal staging and tactile gestures to produce a concise, evocative hour of shared emotion and quiet humour.
