KorSonoR is a biennial event dedicated to sound and visual arts, set in the Botanical Garden for three days of concerts and performances. The temperate greenhouse will host five shows that explore the connections between nature, creation, and sound. No prior registration is required for attendees, as entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. The program includes a composition by Ensemble Batida inspired by root patterns, Lucas Niggli’s reinterpretation of Walter De Maria’s minimalist works, a performance-discussion by Robin Meier on animal consciousness featuring a sound intervention, and a sensory experience by Julie Semoroz that merges nature with technology.
