Led by Geneva-born Venezuelan percussionist Edwin Sanz, En Talla is a Geneva-based salsa quartet that lights up the stage with fiery Latin grooves and precise contemporary arrangements. Formed in San Diego in 2019 by Sal Samano, Alex Garcia and Josh Lane, Thee Sacred Souls revive classic R&B, doo‑wop, gospel and 60s–70s Chicano soul with a warm groove and three‑part vocal harmonies. Their Daptone Records releases and a viral Tiny Desk appearance brought wide acclaim and endorsements from artists such as SZA and Alicia Keys. Her breakthrough album Vulture Prince earned a Grammy and drew international recognition, leading to collaborations with renowned ensembles and performances on major stages. Her music unfolds through sparse, luminous arrangements that emphasize voice, silence and emotional nuance.
Conducted by Zofia Kiniorska, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande unfolds a richly coloured soundscape across four 20th-century works from the Russian, French and Swiss repertoire. Prokofiev’s Classical Symphony playfully upends 18th-century conventions, combining wit with razor‑sharp energy. Frank Martin’s Concerto for Seven Wind Instruments offers lucid, finely balanced polyphony where instrumental lines converse with clarity. Ravel’s writing turns more sensual in Le Tombeau de Couperin before the virtuosic brilliance of Tzigane closes the programme in a whirlwind of raw energy.
Di‑Meh brings his candid, introspective rap to the stage with a full live band, transforming his dense lyricism into a visceral concert experience. Joined by guests Slimka, Al‑Walid, Jungle Jack, Chilly Gonzales and Gaspard Sommer, the set moves between muscular grooves and quieter, reflective passages.
