Dany Gignoux (photographer) and poet Georges Haldas present a compelling dialogue between documentary photography and lyrical prose. The exhibition brings together photographs and written fragments that register everyday life in Geneva’s cafĂ©s, combining on-the-spot reportage with memory-infused “prose inspirĂ©e.” Through intimate black-and-white images and spare, evocative texts the works transfigure mundane scenes into poetic testimony, revealing social undercurrents and human tenderness. Archival materials frame this historic encounter between two generations of cultural chroniclers.

27 May – 12 June

Anna Tosello Liatti presents works by participants of her Drawing and Pastel and Mixed Techniques courses that reimagine the history of Plan‑les‑Ouates. Charcoal drawings, pastel landscapes, paintings and monotype experiments depict historical figures, sporting and occupational scenes, and still lifes of old and modern objects. The exhibition weaves personal and collective memory using observational technique and painterly composition to evoke local narratives, question how everyday activities shape communal identity, and celebrate the visual traces of a community’s past.

Opening: Tuesday 26 May – 18:00

5 June – 4 July

Artist Lou Cohen presents a body of work that dialogues between still and moving images. Working with dry pastel, oil paint and short films, she stages interactions within the same installation, confronting static representation with motion. Her practice employs irony and darkly comic tones to translate everyday reality and prompt critical reflection. The works explore perception, narrative tension and the theatrical potential of materials, inviting careful viewing and reconsideration of what images can reveal.

12 May – 6 June

Ulises Lozano presents a body of mixed‑technique works that explore surface, materiality and narrative. The exhibition gathers illustrations and experimental compositions that combine drawing, collage and painterly gestures to interrogate memory, identity and urban experience. Lozano’s practice foregrounds texture and layered imagery, inviting close looking at the interplay between figuration and abstraction. The presentation also references the artist’s recent book HIGHLINE and the graphic sensibility that informs his studio work.

Opening: 12 May, 18:00

5 May – 30 September

Alice Izzo presents Botanic Circus, an immersive installation that transforms natural elements into a poetic visual performance. Through site-specific sculptural forms, coloured assemblies of flowers, plants and fruit become staged protagonists, inviting slow wandering, close observation and tactile interaction. The work blends installation, painted surfaces and ephemeral botanical assemblage to probe nature’s textures, theatricality and human perception. A parallel programme of monthly acrylic painting workshops complements the installation.

21 May – 20 June

Patterns explores the repetition and assembly of everyday industrial objects — trinkets, cups, CDs, rollers, sponges, pens, combs, buttons, sweets — organised into handcrafted systems of duplication constrained by physical properties. The works, presented as floor installations and photographic prints, emphasise how form, weight, volume, materiality and colour determine compositional logic, subverting original function. The new photographic series pttrnb2026 / Top Shots, made in dialogue with Boris Rabusseau, foregrounds motif structure over object recognition.

Opening: Thursday 21 May, 18:00
