Footnotes is a Geneva-based journal devoted to typography and type design, published in English by La Police and printed in Geneva. This launch celebrates its new issue, Footnotes F, with a visual and sonic lecture by Francis Baudevin. He examines the typography of selected albums, exploring how letterforms contribute to the visual identity of music. Christoffer Ellegaard, artist and illustrator born in 1988 in Elsinore (Denmark) and based in Geneva, trained at the HEAD and the Hochschule Luzern. His drawing and painting practice is recognised for the finesse of its line and the poetry of its images; he exhibits in Switzerland and internationally and regularly publishes illustrated books.

The session explains the specific rules and expressive vocabulary of manga, helping participants sharpen observational skills and develop creativity through structured exercises and guided practice.
