Tania Perez, artist, author and illustrator, works from photographic archives to explore projection, absence and the meaning of home. Her practice blends image-making, text and archival research.
The workshop guides participants through composing a short zine around the phrase ‘With you I feel House’, using typewriter, drawing tools and photographic materials. Perez examines themes of belonging and absence while participants practice layout, collage and photocopy-based reproduction, and discover strategies for narrative and visual experimentation.
Mélanie Plouviez, philosopher and professor at Université Côte d’Azur, coordinates the PHILHERIT project and is author of L’injustice en héritage (2025). Gabrielle Radica, professor at Université de Lille, specializes in Rousseau.
This lecture examines Rousseau’s account of the family as both source and amplifier of social inequalities and of patrimony as a mechanism that reproduces disadvantage. The speakers explore whether family structures and inheritance can also serve as levers for reducing inequality, mobilizing classical and contemporary texts to illuminate the debate.

This interactive memory challenge invites participants to test their memory while exploring practical ways to preserve biodiversity based on Geneva’s municipal strategy. Players match “before-and-after” images that illustrate individual and institutional actions, and each correct pair reveals concise information explaining the measure. The activity examines themes such as habitat restoration, species-friendly practices, urban greening and policy responses, helping participants understand the impact and rationale behind everyday and organisational conservation choices.
Rachel Deville, comic-book author published by Actes Sud BD and Atrabile, has explored dream themes across several albums. Her practice combines narrative and illustration to investigate subconscious storytelling.
This introductory workshop explores making a fanzine around dreams using mixed media, automatic writing, dream recollection and keyword card draws. Participants examine techniques to weave personal images and texts into short narratives, develop visual sequencing and editorial choices, and experiment with forms of intimate, DIY storytelling.

This workshop explores the traditional process of assembling a herbarium specimen, inspired by Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s collections. Participants learn scientific techniques for pressing and mounting dried plants on old paper, practice botanical labelling and nomenclature, and select specimens to create a personal herbarium sheet. The session examines preservation methods, identification principles and the historical context of Rousseau’s approach, combining practical skills with scientific insight to produce a lasting botanical object.

Stéphane Ducret, artist, leads hands-on workshops inspired by various renowned contemporary artists (painters), focusing on figurative or abstract painting, depending on the theme of the day’s workshop. The foundation is self-expression: opening oneself up to experimentation, even without (thinking one knows how to) draw. Participants also explore composition, the layering of colors, and the application of paint—whether acrylic or oil—on primed canvas.
