Datarium is a public, research-driven project that explores life sciences data through data visualization and narrative display.
Combining striking scientific visuals, data-driven graphics and first-person accounts, the exhibition traces how bioinformatics is reshaping oncology, personalized healthcare, epidemic preparedness, biodiversity and artificial intelligence. The work foregrounds the material and ethical dimensions of living-data production, inviting reflection on what data reveals, what it conceals, and how computational approaches transform our understanding of life.

Le futur, c’est quoi ?

This exhibition assembles objects old and new, from video games and pop culture gadgets to robots like the Omnibot 2000, Daruma statuettes and various oracles. Presented as a cabinet of curiosities, it probes beliefs, technological imaginaries and our relationship to progress. The displays offer strategies for dialoguing with the future, showcase artistic works imagining desirable futures and explore possible developments conceived locally. Content is aimed at ages 8 to 108.

Summer Vibes: Summer Group Show

Summer Vibes gathers six gallery artists whose works celebrate the season’s light, warmth and vitality. Through painting, sculpture, collage and installation, the show explores colour, atmosphere and emotional resonance. Lucia Hierro and Carlo D’Anselmi engage everyday materials and narrative, while Ben Aprea, Anna Fasshauer, Séverin Guelpa and Romane de Watteville investigate form, texture and spatial perception. The exhibition foregrounds colour relationships and materiality, balancing intimate gestures with immersive compositions.

Chris Lovasoa Kauffmann presents a new body of work that explores architectural form and symbolic resonance through sculpture, painting and installation. Minimal geometries and textured surfaces negotiate scale and monumentality, while layered materials and subtle color shifts invite reflection on construction, memory and cultural lineage. The works balance rigorous formalism with tactile evidence of process, proposing an austere yet intimate meditation on how built forms shape perception and collective narratives.

Musée Ariana

An extensive survey assembled from a long-standing research collection devoted to glass, this exhibition takes a contemporary look at a millennia-old material. Over two hundred glass and mixed-media works, including sculptural objects, design pieces and installations, testify to a transdisciplinary experimental spirit. Featuring artists such as Ettore Sottsass, Pierre Charpin, Betty Woodman, Bob Wilson, Giuseppe Penone, Jana Sterbak and James Lee Byars, the show examines materiality, technique and the porous boundaries between craft, design and contemporary art.

Florian Luthi. Fantômes Météores

Maison de l'enfance et de l'adolescence (MEA)

Photographer Florian Luthi’s Fantômes Météores is inspired by the 1954 wave of UFO sightings across France, especially along the Franco‑Swiss border. From one of these accounts he revisits childhood landscapes—mist‑shrouded forests, deserted villages and the Jura—and composes a photographic narrative where truth wavers and legends endure. The series uses long exposures, muted palettes and staged absence to probe memory, collective fear and the boundary between documentary and myth. A collaboration with Fondation Convergences.
