This intimate, razor-sharp musical follows Robert (Bobby), a charming New Yorker confronting bachelorhood, friendship and the compromises of coupledom. Mario Diament’s text, adapted by André Nerman, traces a forbidden love between a philosopher and his student, probing complicity, memory and the struggle to reconcile heart and conscience. Sabrina Martin and Frank Semelet inhabit the roles with spare, intense performances, supported by a precise, austere mise en scène that foregrounds emotional conflict and ethical ambiguity.

Created collectively by the company À l’Ouest with Guillaume Pidancet, this inventive staging reimagines Charles Perrault’s Bluebeard for families. Performed in a mobile truck‑theatre that becomes a ‘suitcase of dreams,’ the production blends playful storytelling, poetic imagery and close‑up interaction to transform a dark tale into a gentle exploration of curiosity and trust. The intimate ensemble features Pierre Boulben, Hugo Braillard and Loubna Raigneau.

29 May – 7 June

More than simple program announcements, these events are true theatrical “green flashes” — moments of celebration linking the end of one season to the start of the next. For this final edition (note the “s” in “presentation(s)”), director Jean Liermier and a constellation of surprise guests will present a lively retrospective: a collage of excerpts, images, sounds, and behind-the-scenes stories collected over eighteen years (2008–2026). The audience is invited on a playful and spectacular journey into the creative heart of the theatre, to relive its highlights, secrets, and emotions — each evening, of course, concluding with a vibrant round of applause.

6 – 7 June

Entrelacés brings together pre-professional students from Dance Area and the Area Jeune Ballet in a two-part programme. The first section traces the history of dance, from ancient ritual forms to the evolution of classical and contemporary vocabularies, evoking centuries of technique and transformation. The second presents three original contemporary works by Juliano Nunes, Ken Ossola (“Un Autre Jour / Another Day”) and Alba Castillo, performed by 42 young dancers exploring vulnerability, resilience and solidarity through intimate and ensemble choreographies.

5 – 6 June

Collective BERLIN, led artistically by Yves Degryse, stages a site-specific spectacle inspired by Georges Perec’s La Vie mode d’emploi. Audiences, equipped with audio headsets, watch a building façade that opens to reveal six tableaux and intimate human stories. The piece blends documentary testimony and fiction, assembled from interviews gathered across several cities, creating a panoramic, close-up portrait of everyday lives. Sparse staging and careful sound design heighten an intimate, observational atmosphere.
