Philippe Charlier, forensic physician, anthropologist and director of research, presents an investigation into the circulating metaphysics of spirits in the vodun of Benin and the voodoo traditions of Haiti. Following the avenging deity Heviosso, the egungun dances of Benin and the flight of spirits associated with zombi phenomena in Haiti, he examines rituals that position these entities as intermediaries between the living, the souls and the ancestors.

David Basler, editor and founder of a Swiss comics publishing house, recounts the origin and impact of his work bringing French-language bande dessinée to German-speaking Switzerland. Marked by a 1978 encounter with Gérald Poussin, Basler published the first title Zig Zag Zoug in 1981 and went on to release over 400 volumes, including works by Jacques Tardi and Marjane Satrapi. The performance reanimates archival recordings into a live sonic narrative, folding analog warmth, surprising juxtapositions and tactile vinyl crackle into an intimate, exploratory experience. It foregrounds listening as an active, communal act and offers new perspectives on musical memory.
