63OG

Booking Required

63OG is a Cameroon-born artist and member of 63 WÅ who blends raw drill energy with melodic, off-kilter flows. Influenced by Chief Keef, Playboi Carti and Young Nudy, his DMV-tinged delivery switches between French and English, creating a tense, hypnotic atmosphere. After a breakthrough year in 2024 and a sold-out performance, he continues to refine his sound, balancing abrasive textures with catchy hooks and rhythmic elasticity that foregrounds mood and streetwise vulnerability.

Told as a solo performance, this piece follows a woman as she remembers the films that shaped her life and blurs the line between cinema and memory. Through references to science-fiction sagas and cinematic archetypes — the woman-soldier, the survivor, the reluctant mother — the show probes identity, fear of change and the ways stories migrate from screen to skin. Sparse staging and intimate narration create a haunting, introspective atmosphere.

Presented by Electron Festival, Detroit Legends gathers pioneers Cybotron and Dopplereffekt for a dialogue between two foundational visions of techno. Their early experiments fused futurism, electronic machinery and African-American musical culture, shaping a sound that still echoes across generations. The evening opens with Geneva’s Orphia, whose analog textures, metronomic rhythms and luminous atmospheres form a bridge between origins and contemporary electronic practice. Three live sets, multiple generations, a concentrated portrait of the lineage and emotional force of Detroit electronic music.

4 – 13 October

Celebrating Chopin’s lyricism, passion and refinement, this festival presents a sequence of solo recitals, chamber concerts and a dedicated masterclass. Performers include pianists Paweł Wakarecy, Mertol Demirelli, Adam Kałduński, Krzysztof Wierciński and Mateusz Krzyżowski, alongside cellist Marcin Zdunik and the Quintette Éphémère. The programming favours intimate pacing and refined rubato, with attention to phrasing and tonal colour. Expect moments of poetic introspection and virtuosic brilliance, where clear, luminous sound and careful dynamics shape a contemplative, emotionally direct experience.

Two bands take the stage: The Band, channeling raw 1960s–70s rock, and Latin Lovers, offering swing and Latin-infused repertoire. The programme alternates driving electric grooves and warm, danceable rhythms, with musicians trading solos and close harmonies. The sound design favors immediacy and intimacy, letting textures and dynamics shape the evening. It creates a convivial, nocturnal atmosphere where nostalgia meets rhythmic exuberance and live interplay becomes the event’s emotional core.

Conductor Eva Ollikainen leads a programme juxtaposing contemporary and romantic Finnish voices with international mastery. Soprano Anu Komsi and cellist Lionel Cottet join the orchestra for Kaija Saariaho’s Mirage, Jean Sibelius’s Fantasia The Daughter of Pohjola and the symphonic poem Luonnottar, and Tchaikovsky’s deeply expressive Sixth Symphony, the ‘Pathétique’. The evening unfolds through rich orchestral colours, luminous vocal writing and a sweeping narrative arc.

6 – 8 October

Choreographed by María del Mar Suárez (La Chachi), this hybrid flamenco pieces tradition and punk sensibility into a raw, personal language. On stage two musicians and a singer shape a live soundscape that frames La Chachi’s emergence: a dim light reveals her silhouette as she advances and begins an ascension. Her motions coil and break in looping cycles as the music intensifies. Visceral and hypnotic, the performance immerses spectators in concentrated rhythms and fierce corporeal poetry.
