Nocturne is a chamber music programme centred on works by Lili Boulanger, Amy Beach, Mel Bonis and Germaine Tailleferre. Seven performers — Sarah Rumer, Jona Venturi, Audrey Vigoureux, Yumiko Awano, Eleonora Ryndina, Theresa Horejsi and Léonard Frey-Maibach — weave intimate textures and expressive dialogues. The evening favours delicate lyricism, layered harmonies and subtle colour, with meticulous ensemble balance and dynamics that bring out nocturnal atmospheres and poetic introspection.
Coordinated by Stan Breynaert, this evening presents two PrePro student projects by Esteban and Gabriel, each revealing distinct musical universes. Cinzia Cattaneo presents a residency of sharp, observational stand-up with new material and a rotating guest comedian every two weeks. Her candid delivery and precise timing create intimate, laugh-filled situations that probe everyday absurdities and personal anecdotes. The performances combine scripted bits and spontaneous exchanges with the audience, offering a direct, charismatic stage presence and an evolving set that highlights both solo work and collaborative comic interplay.

Masood Boomgaard performs as Self-Help Singh, an alter ego who fuses stand-up comedy, parody and faux motivational speaking into a sharp, character-driven show. His sharp stage persona amplifies timely observations. With dry humour and plainspoken common-sense, he dismantles self-improvement clichés and exposes modern anxieties through carefully observed gags and storytelling. The performance balances wit and unexpected tenderness, inviting reflection as much as laughter.
