Conceived and performed by Alexandre Pateau, La Panne transforms Dürrenmatt’s black comedy into a gastrotheatrical solo that turns a dinner table into a tribunal. The performance relies on raw percussion, layered vocal exploration and electronic textures to shift between intimacy and ecstatic drive. Composition and performance: Frédéric Thierstein. A forgotten cassette in a tape recorder becomes the key to a journey through time.
Two coworkers, Kurt and Willard, are plunged into the heart of an unprecedented psychiatric experiment where delirium and lucidity intertwine.

They must piece together a puzzle that will lead them to the very edge of madness. “Why are you so angry? …Because all of a sudden I was taking control of something? …Huh? Until now you were used to completely controlling the situation, and now this strangeness has crept into your life…”
