Meditation with Hodler

MAH
Booking Required

Erwan Tréguer, a Mindfulness instructor, and Murielle Brunschwig, a cultural mediator, lead a two-voice mindfulness session bridging contemplative practice and art interpretation.

The session explores attentive perception through guided breath and listening exercises in relation to Hodler’s paintings, examining how focused attention reveals emotional textures, compositional dynamics, and personal meaning. It investigates ways art can foster presence and reflective awareness and prompts discussion about the relationship between attention, emotion, and interpretation.
