À l’oreille de Madame Fox

Set in Paris, 1897, this spiritist improvisation centres on Natalia Fox, a darkly sensual tarot reader and pendulum expert whose séances blur psychology and the uncanny. Each performance stages four intimate consultations for eccentric clients, letting improvisation shape revelations conjured by incense, whispered voices and flickering light. The show moves between sly comedy and unsettling insight, exploring fate, desire and the mechanics of belief while inviting the audience into a charged, sensory ritual.

About the play
1942. France is under occupation. Seven friends gather to celebrate Sophie’s birthday—until two German officers are shot beneath their windows. Kaubach, a Nazi commander, forces the guests to make an unthinkable choice: to designate two hostages among themselves.
Thus begins a harrowing struggle for survival. By confronting the depths of human nature, the play invites us to question which side we would have chosen.
