Léo Stefanelli: Graphic Works

Swiss graphic designer Léo Stefanelli, an alumnus of Geneva’s School of Applied Arts, presents his work at the Kugler space. His exploration of graphic design and human-centered photography deconstructs traditional structures through spontaneous typography and collages. Drawing inspiration from the 1950s Swiss style, he incorporates organic and expressive visual elements. His photography captures a humanistic approach, revealing the unseen pain of individuals with chronic illnesses. There will also be workshops for children from age five, where they will create collective posters to be displayed in an exhibition.

Taste Contemporary is pleased to present Altered States; a two-person exhibition featuring the work of Belgian ceramic artist Anne Marie Laureys and Italian fine art photographer Costanza Gastaldi. In this exhibition, ideas within both practices are brought into dialogue with each other as each artist invites us into a space where forms are fluid, unstable, and metamorphic. Sculptures and images appear still, yet remain intensely alive, as we enter a world where matter is shifting, dissolving, and is perpetually remade. Anne Marie Laureys’ vessels are recognizable and strange at the same time. Like nocturnal visions, Costanza Gastaldi images exist in a place where the boundaries between perception, sensation and memory dissolve.
