Macha Makeïeff returns to wordless burlesque in a slapstick‑inspired theatrical piece. Seven characters are stranded in an indeterminate space between a waiting room and an administrative counter, their uneasy desires and unspoken secrets revealed through precise physicality and festive costumes. When a sudden menace intrudes, fantasy and comic invention take over, unfolding as a poetic comedy carried by a troupe of virtuoso performers. Sparse dialogue and imaginative staging create a tactile, humorous and unexpectedly moving experience.
