Children sketch bright ideas, cut colorful collage pieces, and stick them onto a cardboard plaque. The result is a small ‘success panel’ to hang on a wall and a lively collage celebrating their future fame.

Bodies become shadows and shadows take form; performers appear and vanish. With three white sheets, a few objects and flashlight melodies, children are invited into a whimsical world of light, movement and music where imagination takes flight.

The session starts with a surprise reading and continues with paper, scissors and glue: children use their imagination and ten fingers to build joyful, colourful creations. Artist Florence Widmer Garcia leads playful, exploratory workshops that invite curiosity and freedom through varied techniques. Activities focus on sensory play, colour, cutting and simple sewing, encouraging sharing and confidence while each child finds their own place.

Alain Frey leads this workshop exploring sound design and attentive listening, guiding participants through a composed sound narrative assembled from many recordings.
Participants will use close listening and imagination to navigate the layered audio piece and develop personal interpretations. The session examines how field recordings and sound design create narrative meaning, and addresses techniques for focusing perception effectively away from everyday stimuli.
