Ce qui nous traverse, choreographed by Nawal Aït Benalla and co-directed with Abou Lagraa, is a visceral dance piece by Compagnie La Baraka that probes the body in an age of technology. JazzContreBand celebrates its 30th anniversary with a new creation led by trumpeter Erik Truffaz. Franco‑Swiss musicians join forces with the Orchestre des Alpes et du Léman in Side by Side, a programme that blends classical writing, jazz phrasing and open-ended improvisation. The project explores textural contrasts, orchestral colours and solo interplay, shifting from intimate chamber passages to wide, cinematic swells.
