Choreographed by Bruno Freire, this conference-dance draws on the words of philosopher and indigenous activist Ailton Krenak to weave speech and movement into a contemplative ritual. Sparse, precise choreography meets layered soundscapes and embodied testimony, investigating resilience, loss and collective imagination. The piece stages intimate encounters between language and flesh, proposing aesthetic strategies to delay catastrophe and reimagine possible futures. Presented within the VIVA festival, the work favours reflection over spectacle.

The programmed lineup mixes international DJs — including Carlos Pulido — with local selectors, weaving pulsing rhythms and warm melodic threads. Production favors immersive lighting and a taut sound design that shapes a charged, communal atmosphere, shifting from intimate grooves to euphoric peaks. The event reads as a choreography of sound and movement, inviting dancers to lose and find themselves in waves of rhythm.

Choreographed by Valeska Romero Curiqueo, Pewma (Mapudungun for “dream”) weaves dance, performance, live sound and poetry to trace transmissions between bodies. The piece confronts peripheral, wounded and violently marked identities through ritualized gestures and sensual collisions, invoking Venus as a figure of omen, destruction and rebirth. Live violin, synthesizers and vocals shape a tense, luminous soundscape as bodies dissolve and reconstitute, staging desire, friction and collective memory.
