Laurent Nicolet-Rideau!

Laurent Nicolet returns to the stage in a lucid, uncompromising one‑man show that takes stock of a thirty‑year career. Directed by Gaspard Boesch, Nicolet transforms sketches, TV and radio moments into raw comic material, probing Swiss quirks, modern excesses and everyday absurdities. His tone moves from tender to mordant, blending nostalgia with sharp social observation. The performance creates an intimate, theatrical atmosphere where humour and melancholy meet in a final, candid encounter with the audience.

Created and performed by Elina Kulikova and Dima Efremov, TRILOGIE DE LA GUERRE interweaves three musical-performance pieces responding to exile, the war in Ukraine and repression in Russia. Kulikova’s chapters evoke classical and folk song, transforming lament into a ritualised, sensory mourning; Efremov’s contribution uses sound art and electro textures to shift perspective and map clandestine networks of resistance. Together the trilogy forms a compact dramaturgy of intimacy, unease and fragile hope, immersive and politically charged.

Curating traditional and contemporary Celtic expressions, this festival gathers musicians, singers and dancers from Scotland, Ireland, Galicia and beyond. Artists such as The Curious Bards, Norðan and Donald MacInley present concerts, storytelling, dance and screenings that weave myths, languages and coastal landscapes into layered performances. The programme alternates intimate sessions, communal music-making and cinematic moments, balancing archival traditions with contemporary reinterpretations to create an evocative, sea-borne atmosphere of memory and movement.

Paul de Saint Sernin’s stand-up programme, written and performed by the artist, blends sharp comedic timing with candid memories of adolescence, humiliations and personal fears. Directed by Grégoire Dey, the staging relies on intimate storytelling, subtle physicality and pared-down mise-en-scène to turn vulnerability into laughter. The show plays with rhythm and self-questioning, offering a warm yet probing portrait of growing up in a voice both confessional and wry.

Recluses Fest #10 presents a raw, high-energy punk evening featuring The Exploited, Les Clébards and Bad Nasty. The Exploited bring their aggressive classic punk roar, Les Clébards mark their 20-year tour with a distinctive Swiss date, and Bad Nasty deliver street punk rooted in 1990s US scenes. The bill mixes celebrated headliners and local voices within an inclusive, volunteer-run festival atmosphere that prioritizes community, loud performance and sonic immediacy.

Choreographed by Soraya Leila Emery, Coming Soon reimagines Ingres’s La Grande Odalisque through a playful, subversive lens. A single performer shifts between tableaux—seductive, mischievous, defiant—using grotesque exaggeration and theatrical excess to unsettle the orientalist gaze. Sparse objects, bold gestures and a keen sense of timing create alternating moments of intimacy and farce, opening space for new narratives of desire and agency. Created in collaboration with Emergentia and local partners, the work feels simultaneously imminent and elusive.
