CrabCore Fest is a Swiss rock and metal festival championing the local scene. Rencontres Musicales – Feel the Groove gathers a spirited lineup of pop, funk and soul acts for a weekend of energetic live performances. Expect iconic tributes — The James Brown Tribute Show, Prince, The Only French Tribute, For You Tribute to Michael Jackson and Soho Tribute to Jamiroquai — alongside groove bands Groovebusters, Funk Therapy, WTFUNK!?, FUNKYDYLYC and Back To Soul. Local artists Amandine, Da Cruz, Tacuarepo and Mehdy Vonti add regional flavour. Family-friendly animations and food stands create a festive atmosphere.
Directed by Louis Bonard, Les Voüéces follows two reclusive women, Rodogonde and Frénéjus, who live atop a high tower. Louis Bonard and Michèle Gurtner wrote and perform a piece in an enchanted pseudo‑medieval tongue where voice, embroidery and play weave a poetic fable. The performance probes silence, the passage of time, guilt and the unsettling presence of other voices — ghostly, culpable or absurd — with a blend of darkness and dark humour.

Variations Musicales de Tannay presents a ten-day classical music festival offering a series of tented concerts featuring invited soloists, chamber ensembles, orchestral projects and family-friendly performances. Programmes range from intimate recitals and chamber music to larger ensemble and orchestral works, with one free family concert aimed at young audiences. Concerts are staged regardless of weather, and the festival emphasizes artistic variety, lyrical expression and accessible programming that invites listeners of all ages into the world of classical music.
Bardcore Tea Party stages an exuberant tea-dance that blends medieval-inspired arrangements with contemporary pop hits. Lively mandolins and sprightly acoustic textures underpin danceable rhythms, while communal rituals—scones and playful costuming—invite convivial participation. The piece privileges playful staging and close ensemble interplay, balancing nostalgia and irony to create a charming, theatrical atmosphere. Audience members are encouraged to adopt a medievalcore dress code to deepen the immersive, festive experience.
Curated by the Summer Concerts Association and its artistic committee, this series offers an hour of chamber music that ranges from intimate solo recitals to richly textured ensemble programmes. Repertoire spans classical chamber works with thoughtful programming that highlights timbre, phrasing and quiet dynamic arcs. The performances favour close listening and meditative atmospheres, where delicate sonorities and careful lighting shape intimate moments and gradual emotional transitions, inviting reflection and a sense of calm.
Directed by Luc Birraux, In Guilty Night is a semi-staged opera that fuses Purcell’s baroque airs with a new electronic score by Uèle Lamore. Conductor Jonas Descotte leads Les Argonautes and soloists Mariamielle Lamagat, Joël Terrin and William Socolof. A spoken choir of ÉPI beneficiaries and an intimate installation by Julien Brun anchor the work in a social, collective dimension. Costume designer Benjamin Broillet and sound designer Jean Keraudren shape shifting textures between early sonorities and contemporary electronics.
