CrabCore Fest is a Swiss rock and metal festival championing the local scene. Across two days it gathers a diverse lineup of bands from Switzerland and neighbouring France, spanning heavy riffs, melodic metal and experimental rock. Emphasis is on community-driven programming, energetic live performances and a grassroots atmosphere where emerging artists share the bill with seasoned acts. Stalls and food options accompany the stages, creating a convivial frame for loud, visceral music.
Are Demons Among Us? Berbiguier de Terre-Neuve du Thym was a French citizen from Avignon who, after having his cards read by a fortune-teller, began to see malevolent beings all around him, whom he called “goblins.” The delusion lasted his entire life. His book on demons is an impressively detailed work, written in a rich literary style and containing utterly bizarre content—both pathetic and unintentionally comical.
It constitutes the most complete account of the inner world of a man gripped by profound madness. It was rediscovered in the following century by the Surrealists, notably Raymond Queneau, as well as by enthusiasts of outsider art. The performance will be a montage of the very words of this famous “literary madman” and will offer the audience a journey into the labyrinth of his thoughts.

Danyèl Waro is a seminal voice of Maloya from Réunion, blending raw percussion, creole poetry and demanding political urgency. A poet-musician and craftsman, he performs on self-made instruments—kayams, roulérs and pikérs—channeling ancestral rhythms into powerful calls for social memory, resistance and cultural preservation. His concerts unfold in intense, communal energy: trance-like grooves, penetrating vocal declarations and spare, organic arrangements that move between lament and defiant hope.
“Phèdre!” is a joyful monologue performed by Romain Daroles, who enthusiastically delves into the richness of Racine’s text and the elements of tragedy. Celebrated at the 2019 Avignon Festival, this adaptation inspires a love for language and a renewed interest in rediscovering this classic masterpiece. Designed and directed by François Gremaud, the show combines simplicity with passion, transforming the tragedy of Phèdre into a vibrant and engaging experience.

Created collectively by the company À l’Ouest with Guillaume Pidancet, this inventive staging reimagines Charles Perrault’s Bluebeard for families. Performed in a mobile truck‑theatre that becomes a ‘suitcase of dreams,’ the production blends playful storytelling, poetic imagery and close‑up interaction to transform a dark tale into a gentle exploration of curiosity and trust. The intimate ensemble features Pierre Boulben, Hugo Braillard and Loubna Raigneau.

Directed by François Marin, this intimate staging examines the fraught passion between Martin Heidegger and Hannah Arendt against the moral upheavals of Nazi Germany. Mario Diament’s text, adapted by André Nerman, traces a forbidden love between a philosopher and his student, probing complicity, memory and the struggle to reconcile heart and conscience. Sabrina Martin and Frank Semelet inhabit the roles with spare, intense performances, supported by a precise, austere mise en scène that foregrounds emotional conflict and ethical ambiguity.

Choreographer Cindy Van Acker brings Iannis Xenakis’s Pléïades to the stage, assembling five dancers, six percussionists from the Eklekto collective and a large percussion arsenal. Van Acker shapes a moving percussion landscape where bodies confront the score’s power and complexity, constantly shifting posture and relation to sound. Music is played live; scenography and lighting by Victor Roy frame waves, galaxies and whirlwinds in a rigorous, visceral performance. Creation 2026; coproduction.
