Under the dual leadership of Sergey Ostrovsky, who conducts and performs as violin soloist, this closing concert presents Johannes Brahms’s Violin Concerto, Op. 77, alongside Felix Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3, Op. 56 “Scottish”.
